Student Resources

Greetings Students!  The pursuit of knowledge and skill is a journey, never a destination.  This page is dedicated to sharing elements of the journey that may be useful on your own.  It also offers ways to source materials, learn more, and connect with my work firsthand.  I will continue to add to this page as new resources arise.  Enjoy! ~Laura Berlage

Testimonials

"Demonstrating the piece live is very helpful.  That combined with the videos on Laura's website make the process easy to do independently in the virtual setting. "

"Laura's instructions (written, video and live) are very detailed and are done in a way that has allowed me to be successful in every class or kit I have done.  I have been blown away by what I was able to create."

"I deeply appreciate y'all providing Textile Weaving as an online class. I am disabled and immunocompromised, and the opportunity to learn from such an expert in the material is not often afforded to people such as myself, who struggle to leave my home and make it to in-person classes."

"I love all the different strategies Laura shares (the in-class instruction, extra videos, and detailed written instructions). Also, her stories are great, a really lovely part of each class."
